i have no idea...pasta with ricotta cheese? that looks like ricotta to me..
That's got to be home made cheese in the first photo! Is the second one fixings for marinara sauce? I cant wait until the answer is revealed...

I made ricotta cheese from a recipe at Becks & Posh that was SO EASY!!!
While that was cooling I made marinara sauce (several commentators on my last post complaining about store bought sauce prices sent me links for marinara recipes) with the ingredients in the second picture.
And what was it all for? Jennifer got it right: I made lasagne for friends. Check out my next post for pics and the recipe!
